3.2. License of Use

3.3. Availability

After a successful purchase with a valid Referral Code, you’ll receive a Personal Referral Code (PRC) within 24 to 48 business hours, allowing you to earn a 25% commission per billed referral who purchases a program using your PRC, up to a maximum of 15 referrals. This program is subject to these Terms and Conditions and our Refund and Cancellation Policy and may be modified or terminated by Living Heritage Business Resources without prior notice.

3.6. Referral Commissions

Referral commissions, calculated as 25% of the sale amount ($1,422, or $355.50), will be sent within 15 to 30 business days and are subject to fees and/or charges from PayPal, credit/debit cards, or currency conversion, as applicable. The final amount received by the referrer may vary due to these fees, which are deducted from the payment, and we do not guarantee the commission will be exactly 25% of the original amount.

4. Intellectual Property

All website and program content (text, videos, images, logos, etc.) is owned by Living Heritage Business Resources or licensed third parties and is protected by Ecuador’s Intellectual Property Law and international treaties (e.g., Berne Convention). Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is prohibited.
