3.1. Refunds for the Referral Program

Purchases made using a Referral Code (e.g., “javier007crona”), which provide a $75 discount (resulting in a $1,422 final price), are subject to the same refund conditions outlined above. If eligible, the refund will be for the amount paid ($1,422). Commissions earned via a Personal Referral Code (PRC), equivalent to $355.50 per billed referral (up to 15 referrals), are non-refundable except in cases of errors caused by Living Heritage Business Resources (e.g., duplicate payments). For purchases with a Referral Code, refunds are limited if you have accessed more than 10% of the program’s content, as outlined in section 3. The referral program may be modified or terminated without notice, and refund requests related to it should be sent to e-mail.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  2. Include:
    • Your full name and email associated with the purchase.

    • Reason for the request.
